ABUJA DELIVERY INFORMATION
Good news, as a Diba customer you're entitled to our standard free delivery service, if you reside within Wuse II, Wuse Zones, Utako, Maitama, Jabi. Standard delivery operates weekdays Mon - Fri 8am to 7pm Saturdays 9am to 2pm. Deliveries within Abuja take approximately 2-3 working days after payment.

DELIVERY WITHIN NIGERIA
All Deliveries within Nigeria, take approx 2-5 working days after payment. however if you personalize your item it can take up to 6-7 working day.

EMERGENCY/IMMEDIATE DELIVERY
Need that item ASAP? Please, specify in the box required during checkout, the day you need your item. If it’s possible, we will send a message or call. If it’s not possible, we will refund your money.

GENERAL

Next working day delivery needs to be placed by 12.00pm to be received the following day by 7.00pm latest.

If you reside outside Abuja, Next day delivery is possible, it is double the regular Dhl fee and it’s sent via flight.

Next day delivery is only for the next working day, so if you’ve placed an order on Friday after 2.30pm or the weekend, then you’ll receive it on the following Tuesday.

Holidays and Sundays are for resting, so any next day deliveries placed on these days will be despatched on the next working day and delivered to the customer the following day.

Unfortunately, we don’t do free deliveries to all locations.

DELIVERY DURATION
Deliveries are within 2-3 working days of placing your order between the hours of 9am-5pm for Abuja orders, 2-5 working days for delivery outside Abuja, 7-10 working days for orders outside Nigeria.
Kindly ensure you are up to date with details of your order to ensure successful delivery by checking your account updates frequently, if you will not be available within the delivery period, please let us know so we can reschedule.
Free delivery within Nigeria when you order is over N150,000 worth of products from DIBA. Unfortunately, the free delivery options for purchasing products worth N150,000 only applies to Lagos, Port Harcourt and Abuja residents only.
Please note that delays in delivery may occur during public holidays.
PREFERRED PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Debits/credit card on our platform such as Verve, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Western union, Moneygram, Word Remit. If you have challenges with payment, please fill the form to enable a rep reach out to you or use the link to chat with a rep or call us using the numbers provided in our contact center. The payment portal is totally secure to keep you totally covered.
CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF ORDERS
This can only be done within 12 hours of placing an order.
DELIVERY SERVICE
All our Local and International deliveries are handled by DHL. Reliability is key, which is why we use a signed-for and doorstep delivery service. Please make sure you or someone you know will be present at the address provided to accept your delivery. If no-one is available, your parcel will be sent back to the nearest DHL office, you can collect from the depot.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
There is no next day delivery for international orders.
DELIVERY SERVICE
All our international deliveries are handled by DHL. Reliability is key, which is why we use a signed-for delivery service. Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no-one is you can pick from the nearest DHL office to you. For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. At DIBA we do our best to deliver within the stated time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country. We try our best to get deliveries out to you on time, but sometimes international deliveries can take longer than expected.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns!!! All orders placed can be returned within 2 weeks of receiving, this applies to only online orders. Walk in customers can only do an exchange.
Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at DIBA we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all tags and labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by DIBA when sent back, so we suggest using your personal delivery service for the best service and tracking ID or Waybill.
Please Make sure you send us a message regarding your returns within 14 days of receipt. You can send us over an email at RETURNS@DIBA.COM and we’ll be happy to help you out. When filling out the sheet, please make sure you indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange.
Some items are not eligible for a return or refund. Wrong sizing are not eligible for a refund, only exchange is allowed after we have received the item.
Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of DIBA receiving the item.
We don't take any responsibility for lost parcels whilst being returned to us.
EXCHANGES
Sometimes the fit isn’t right, we are happy to accept exchanges on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all tags and labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you. Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, and extra time for the delivery to your location . It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by DIBA when sent back. Make sure you Call, send a text or mail to us within 14 days of receipt and identify which item you would like replaced. You can send us over an email at RETURNS@DIBA.COM and we’ll be happy to help you out. Feel free to be picky. You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you at no extra charge.
If the replacement is less expensive than the original, We’ll make sure the difference is refunded back to your account.

LATE RETURNS
We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to you.
CARRIERS TO RETURN
Use your preferred delivery service and ask for a tracking number so you can follow your return.
